Our history
From Alacrity Services to Altimeter Solutions Group — a 25-year foundation, reborn as a standalone business in January 2026.
Founded
Alacrity Services is established as a managed repair company, building the foundational systems for coordinating claims between carriers, contractors, and homeowners.
Acquisition
Lowe's Home Improvement acquires Alacrity Services, bringing the managed repair platform into the infrastructure of one of America's largest home improvement retailers.
Transition
Alacrity Services and Nexxus Solutions combine to create the managed repair division of Worley Co., which is then renamed as Alacrity Solutions.
January 2026
Born from Alacrity’s managed repair division, Altimeter Solutions Group is now a standalone business dedicated solely to managed repair.
